360 provides program management support services on major infrastructure projects, capital programs and real estate developments. Services provided in the areas of: document controls, project controls and QA/QC.
In the area of community engagement, 360 provides virtual and in-person business outreach/community engagement strategies: producing workshops, forums and developing technical assistance programs.
As the compliance program administrator, 360 oversees and monitors the program for contract and award compliance. Team 360 acts as liaison and advisor to clients, developing and implementing strategies to meet and exceed program goals.
