Team 360 provided Local Business Compliance for the Oakland Unified School District’s $750 Million Capital Program. Team 360 provided oversight to ensure contracts were in compliance with OUSD’s Local Business Policy. Team 360 facilitated technical assistance workshops for systems such as Elations as part of the compliance program. Team 360 produced media content, videos for social media and television. Team 360 helped the District ensure over $200 Million reinvested back into local community with over 50% local business participation on the capital program.
