360 as part of the general engineering team provides program management support services in areas of: document controls, community engagement and business outreach for the Transbay Joint Powers Authority. 360 support led to development of project’s Blue Beam training program, increased contractor participation on key procurements, and more regional awareness for The Portal Project.
